EuroKlang is a free Sound Pack featuring a lively melting pot of samples put together by Gothenburg sound and visual artist Mythologen. It’s made up of a variety of different snippets from, and inspired by Europe – including found sounds from across the roads and railways of the continent – think station announcements, a snatch of city life, and underground clubs at every stop, as well as a generous supporting cast of kicks, snares, chords, leads, basses, glitches and more.
There are 97 mono samples to play with, with many being used on Mythologen’s recent Year0001 album Eurovision, a fusion of techno, house, electro, and DnB with an unsurprisingly European – and at times nostalgic – flavor.
Though it is predominantly created with Digitakt II in mind, EuroKlang can work on any sampler handling WAV files.
