Download the OS file from the Elektron website to your computer.
Unzip the downloaded file to extract the .swu OS file.
Connect Tonverk to a computer using a USB cable attached to Tonverk’s USB 1 connector.
On the device, navigate to SETTINGS > USB DISK MODE, and then press [YES].
On the popup window, press [YES], but be aware that device playback will stop.
Tonverk’s SD card should now show up in your computer as a USB device. Click the Tonverk USB device on your computer to access the contents of the SD card.
Copy the downloaded and extracted .swu OS file to Tonverk’s SD card and place the file at the root of the SD card’s file structure (not inside any folder).
Safely eject the Tonverk USB device from the computer. Please refer to your computer’s documentation on how to perform this procedure.
On your device, press [NO] to exit USB disk mode.
Navigate to SETTINGS > SYSTEM > OS UPGRADE, and then press [YES]. Tonverk will search through the SD card root for the new OS file. Once the new OS file is detected, press [YES] to start the upgrade process. Tonverk will reboot once the upgrade is finished. Do not turn the power off during the upgrade. Press [NO] if you wish to abort the upgrade and return to the SETTINGS menu.
Note: You can also use a smartphone or tablet to upload a new OS file to Tonverk’s SD card.
Note: Downgrading the device OS is not supported, and is performed at your own risk. User content may be lost.

Added Undo/Redo support for pasting track presets.
Automatic backups of the active project no longer appear in the Projects list.
When a non-PD power supply is used, an error message "INSUFFICIENT POWER!" is displayed.

Some parameters of the Wavefinder SRC machine did not respond to MIDI CC/NRPN.
Releasing [FUNC] before [NO] when deleting text could close the NAMING menu.
Pressing [FUNC] + [YES] while entering text in the NAMING menu would insert the previous character instead of a space.
Errors in the accounting of the sample memory could cause an out-of-memory condition.
Send effects would sometimes not work as expected after loading a project.
In some circumstances, the analog outputs played the incoming audio from the USB input too loud during restart.
The project list in the File Browser did not automatically scroll to the active project when opened.
The Wavefinder SRC machine did not display the wavetable name in a toast message when opening the SRC page.
Pasting a supertrack page would clear all trigs on the related subtracks.
Sending large amounts of MIDI CC messages to the device during LIVE RECORDING could cause lag in the user interface and audible artifacts in the audio.
The Compressor FX machine's DRY/WET parameter did not have the correct snap values.
In some circumstances, pasting a previously copied track preset could cause the pasted instrument to lose its sample mappings.
The Wavefinder SRC machine's parameters did not have any MIDI CC mappings.
It was not possible to access full parameter ranges using NRPN-based MIDI messages.
The VU meters on the Recorder page were not rendering consistently.
Certain Bus/Send/Main FX parameter locks were not working as intended.
Exiting PERFORM mode could unexpectedly unload samples of an instrument previously loaded to the pattern.

Repeatedly loading presets and playing on a single track could cause the track to stop producing sound.
The Sample Recorder could become unresponsive if the device was synced to an external MIDI clock running at a lower tempo than the one set on Tonverk.
Replacing a loaded sample immediately after startup could sometimes fail to highlight the currently loaded sample.
Under certain circumstances, it was possible to have both the MIDI machine and another SRC machine loaded on the same track at the same time.
Opening the File browser to some locations could cause the device to be unresponsive.

The loop counter for trig conditions was not reset on Stop/Start from external transport.
The metronome could fail to sync to external transport if internal transport was already running.

When removing a parameter lock for a specific parameter it could only be performed with a fast DATA ENTRY knob press.
FX LFO depth did not have the correct range.
Clearing locks on a sequencer step did not clear micro-timing settings.
Pasting copied trigs sometimes lost the pasted data.
Correcting a typo in the “PERFORM MODE DEACTIVATED” message.
MIDI All Sound Off and All Notes Off messages were blocked by the Receive CC setting.
Pasting a copied track sequence discarded all sequencer events after the track’s current length.
Subtrack presets saved without a full kit of samples could not be loaded.
