I have a Power Handle BP-1, what is the first step to make sure it’s safe?
You should immediately disconnect the cable from the Power Handle BP-1 and remove the batteries.
My Power Handle BP-1 works as intended; can I still use it?
Our priority is making sure that our products are safe to use, therefore, we must insist you stop using the Power Handle BP-1 immediately, disconnect the cable from the Power Handle BP-1 and remove the batteries.
Is there a risk that my Model:Samples or Model:Cycles have been damaged?
No, the issue is isolated to the Power Handle BP-1 accessory only.
Can I get a replacement product or have my Power Handle BP-1 repaired rather than sending it to Elektron for a refund?
At the moment, we cannot replace or repair the Power Handle BP-1. We urge you to send back the product immediately. You will get a full refund.
Do I have to pay to ship my Power Handle BP-1?
No, shipping costs will be covered by Elektron.
Should I include the batteries when returning the product?
No, please do not include any batteries when returning the product.
What does a refund mean?
You will get money transferred to your bank account/PayPal account.
I do not have the original receipt; can I apply for a return and refund anyway?
Yes, you can still apply for a refund even if you do not have the original receipt.
I bought my Power Handle BP-1 second-hand; can I apply for a return and refund?
Yes, as long as you provide the serial number when filling out Handle BP-1 recall program form.
I have a Model:Samples/Model:Cycles, can I return it for a refund?
No, the recall program does not include the Model:Samples/Model:Cycles (unless it is within the return window after purchasing the Model:Samples/Model:Cycles device, please see your retailers return policy).
Will there be an updated version of the Power Handle BP-1 to buy later?
